1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phj8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"), operator of the website https://phj8.cam and associated mobile applications (collectively, "the Service"). By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the phj8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phj8 Service and refrain from creating an account or placing any wagers. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments. These Terms apply to all users accessing the Service from within the Republic of the Philippines and are governed by Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use the phj8 Service:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of registration, as required by Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a legal resident of or physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Service and placing wagers.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law and are not subject to any legal incapacity or restriction.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party or in any professional capacity.
• The payment methods you use to deposit funds are registered in your own legal name and you are the lawful owner of such funds.

phj8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID), proof of residence (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use real-money gaming services on phj8, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. You are permitted to hold only one (1) account with phj8. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and shall result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You agree to keep your registration information current and to notify us immediately of any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access. We strongly recommend using complex passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. phj8 will never ask for your password via email, social media, or telephone calls. Any request for your password purporting to be from phj8 is fraudulent and should be reported immediately to our security team.

3.3 Account Restrictions

Your phj8 account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person or entity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used by persons other than the registered account holder, or where we detect account sharing, credential sharing, or other violations of account security requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your phj8 account using any of the payment methods made available on the platform, which may include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), direct bank transfers to Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, LandBank), over-the-counter cash deposits via 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT) transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) regardless of the original currency. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate determined by our payment processor, plus any applicable conversion fees.

You acknowledge and agree that all funds deposited to your phj8 account are intended solely for gaming and entertainment purposes. You warrant that all deposited funds are lawfully obtained, are not proceeds of crime, and do not originate from any illegal activity. phj8 operates in full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) as amended, and reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available funds from your phj8 account at any time, subject to these Terms and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. First-time withdrawals require successful completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to twenty-four (24) hours for most payment methods, though actual crediting times depend on the third-party payment processor and may take longer during weekends and Philippine public holidays. VIP account holders benefit from expedited withdrawal processing.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500 (Five Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period as specified in your account level. phj8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where we have reasonable grounds to suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, or other prohibited conduct. Where investigations reveal violations, phj8 may refuse withdrawal and forfeit funds in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. phj8 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of PHP 500 per month on dormant accounts with positive balances, deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. We will notify you via registered email address prior to imposing dormant account fees.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All wagers placed on the phj8 platform are governed by the specific rules of each game, sport, or betting market, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. Game rules are available within each game interface or in our Help section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when confirmed by the phj8 system and a unique transaction ID is generated. phj8 reserves the right to refuse any bet in whole or in part at our sole discretion, particularly where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, technical exploitation, arbitrage betting, or violation of maximum bet limits. In the event a bet is refused, staked funds are returned to your account.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, software errors, display errors, calculation errors, or any other system malfunction that affects game outcomes or payout calculations, phj8 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund staked amounts. This includes but is not limited to incorrect odds displayed, incorrect game results published due to data feed errors, server disconnections during live dealer games, and slot machine malfunctions. Where possible, we will repair and replay games from the point of interruption; where not possible, all bets on the affected game round will be voided.

5.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at phj8 are streamed in real-time from professional casino studios operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. All live dealer games are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. Dealer decisions and game outcomes as recorded on video are final and binding. Players must conduct themselves respectfully toward dealers and other players; abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate conduct in live chat will result in immediate suspension of chat privileges and potential account termination.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phj8 may offer various bonuses, promotions, and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published in the promotional terms for each offer. Bonus terms include wagering requirements (the multiple of bonus amount that must be wagered before withdrawal), eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, expiration periods, and any restrictions on withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply to all phj8 bonuses: (a) Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion; (b) Only one bonus can be active per player account at any given time; (c) Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period or they will expire; (d) Wagering contributions vary by game type—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely; (e) phj8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel promotions, or exclude players from bonuses where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of bonus terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players to meet wagering requirements, using betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash with minimal risk (low-risk hedging strategies), and any other conduct that phj8 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, phj8 reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and terminate your account.

7. Responsible Gaming

phj8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion options (6 months to permanent). These tools can be activated through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible for the duration specified. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place wagers. At the end of the self-exclusion period, your account will not automatically reactivate; you must contact customer support to request reactivation, which will be subject to a further cooling-off period. phj8 takes all reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from circumventing self-exclusion measures, including monitoring for duplicate accounts.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the phj8 Service. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification;
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of crime or obtained through illegal means;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any software designed to manipulate or interfere with the Service;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other risk-free betting strategies;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the phj8 platform;
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your true location;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players, dealers, or phj8 staff;
• Engaging in any conduct that phj8 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

phj8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where required by law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR. Upon account termination, you forfeit any right to access the Service and any funds remaining in your account, except where termination is without cause, in which case remaining balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except at phj8's sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phj8, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

phj8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. Where service interruptions occur, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly, but we shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. phj8 does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that game outcomes will result in winnings.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the phj8 Service, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the proceedings shall be in English.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

Notwithstanding the arbitration provisions above, phj8 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12. Changes to Terms

phj8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email to their registered email address.

If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Service. Where changes to these Terms affect your rights or obligations substantially, we may require you to affirmatively accept the new Terms before continuing to use the Service.
